Custom Apparel
Every garment is custom-printed to your specifications, so finished apparel is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless it arrives defective or misprinted. If your item has a production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will reprint or refund at no cost to you.
DTF Transfers
DTF gang sheets are produced on demand and are non-refundable once manufactured. If your transfer arrives damaged or with a print error, send photos within 7 days and we will replace the sheet.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@pressinbrands.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, orders can only be cancelled before printing starts. If your order has not yet entered production, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
